Valley Rock Inn is my favorite kind of connections to nature—it’s intentionally and beautifully designed and it’s a retreat whether you’re there for an hour and half or staying over. I haven’t stayed over yet and I can tell that it’s divine!
I could spend every season there—It’s magical and most importantly they have amazing food!
There’s so much more to the property than The Cantina, which I had to draw about because it’s the spot that I know best from dining here practically year round over the years thanks to their incredible outdoor heating.
