Al fresco dining almost year round…and in the Lower Hudson Valley?! I found out about Valley Rock Inn & Resort during the pandemic when I retreated to a “bubble” right outside of NYC.
Just a short drive away and the surroundings are magical and the food is “farm to table fabulous”! The minute I stepped onto this bucolic boutique resort-style property any stressful thoughts drifted away. I cannot convey how charming and idyllic the setting is. I drew one of my favorite parts, The Cantina, but there is so much more to enjoy on this incredible property!
